Ronald Krinick, M.D.


ron-krinickDr. Krinick is Chairman of Health East Ambulatory Surgical Center.  He was Chief of Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine at the New York Downtown Hospital from 1986 to 2010 when he became the associate chairman of the new orthopedic department.

In 2006 he received the International Physicians of the Year Award, presented by Share Tzedek Hospital on Jerusalem where he now sits as Board of Trustee and in 2010 he was awarded the Outstanding Physician Recognition Award for the body of his careers work from the New York Downtown Hospital. Dr. Krinick was the Orthopedic leader during the tragic September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.

He did his undergraduate work at the State University of New York at Albany and received his Doctor of Medicine from New York University.  He has also been included as one of the “Best Doctors” in New York Magazine over many years and included in Castle Connolly’s Guide to Top Doctors in the New York metro area.
